    Each plan is personally reviewed by a physician before your prescription is sent to the pharmacy — ensuring medical accuracy, safety, and true clinical oversight. You get a science-backed treatment without the waitlists, guesswork, or hype.

Instead, we use the same prescription ingredients doctors trust — tretinoin, adapalene, azelaic acid, hydroquinone, niacinamide, and tranexamic acid — in evidence-based protocols tailored to your skin type and tolerance.

    Other brands often rely on filler ingredients, cosmetic boosters, or subscription upsells. We don’t. There are no gimmicks, no watered-down over-the-counter versions, no chasing youth. Just clinically proven treatments, guided step by step, so your skin stays safe and supported.

      Your first SmartForm review and prescription plan.

    • Ongoing Care – $85 every 60 days
      Your prescriptions are renewed automatically every 2 months as long as your treatment plan stays the same.

    • Treatment Review – $75 (as needed)
      If your skin changes, you’ll update your needs with a follow-up SmartForm. After that review, your care resumes on the same 60-day renewal cycle — with your new prescription if needed.

  • Most prescriptions cost between $20 and $60 when filled at your pharmacy — often less with insurance or pharmacy discounts.

    You’ll pay the pharmacy directly for the medication. The SkinScripted™ does not profit from your prescription — our fee covers only the medical portion of your care, including your evaluation, protocol design, and follow-up.

    This separation is intentional. Unlike many online “doctor” sites where the line between care and product profit is blurred, The SkinScripted™ keeps your treatment evidence-based and independent — so every prescription is chosen for effectiveness, not sales.

  • No. You see exactly what you’re paying for: our care fee + your medication. No inflated product pricing

Instead, we use Follow-Up Cycles: every 2 months, you’ll pay $85 for a clinical re-review and prescription renewal. If nothing needs to change, your plan is simply refilled. If adjustments are needed, we’ll update your Rx safely.

  • We offer optional add-ons like 7-day messaging or photo reviews for acne, rosacea, or dark spots. All add-ons are optional and on your terms, so you’re in control of your care.
