1. Medical Services Disclaimer

The SkinScripted™ offers prescription skincare based on evidence-based medical protocols. Our services are provided by licensed medical professionals and are intended solely for non-emergency, asynchronous dermatologic support. By completing our intake form, you agree to receive medical care based solely on the information you provide.

Use of this platform does not create a continuous physician-patient relationship beyond the scope of the consultation provided. You acknowledge that The SkinScripted™ does not replace in-person dermatology or primary care, and that we do not offer emergency or crisis services. Individual results vary, and The SkinScripted™ does not guarantee specific outcomes.

2. Accuracy of Information

You agree that all information you submit is truthful, complete, and accurate to the best of your knowledge. This includes your personal, medical, and medication history. You understand that your treatment plan is based entirely on this self-reported information. SkinScripted™ is not responsible for negative outcomes that result from withheld or incorrect data.

3. Prescription Eligibility and Discretion

Filling out the intake form does not guarantee that you will receive a prescription. All prescriptions are issued at the sole discretion of a licensed provider after reviewing your information. If your case falls outside of The SkinScripted’s treatment scope, we may decline to prescribe or recommend alternative care.

4. Scope of Care

The SkinScripted™ treats select skin concerns such as acne, wrinkles, rosacea, and hyperpigmentation using prescription medications. We do not offer in-person exams, biopsies, or laboratory testing. Our services are designed for ongoing topical treatment and general prescription support.

We do not treat:

• Patients under 18 years of age

• Patients who are pregnant or breastfeeding (unless explicitly indicated as eligible under our protocols)

• Medical emergencies, suspicious skin growths, or systemic conditions

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this site — including text, logos, images, protocols, and educational material — is the property of The SkinScripted™ and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without written permission.

6. Payment and Refunds

The SkinScripted™ charges a fixed consultation fee for each treatment cycle. This fee covers intake review, prescription generation, and protocol recommendations.

You understand that:

• This fee is non-refundable once care is delivered, even if you choose not to fill your prescription.

• Prescription products are filled and paid for at your chosen pharmacy; The SkinScripted™ does not sell or ship medications directly and does not profit from product sales.

• Follow-up cycles and prescription renewals may be billed automatically at the intervals described on our Cost & Care page, unless you pause or cancel in advance.

7. Limitation of Liability

The SkinScripted™ and its providers are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from use of this service. We are not responsible for adverse reactions to medications filled outside of our oversight, or for misuse of prescriptions.

The SkinScripted™ is not responsible for errors, delays, or pricing determined by third-party pharmacies that dispense prescriptions. You agree to use The SkinScripted™ services responsibly and according to medical guidance.

8. Privacy and Security

You understand that telemedicine and electronic communication, while HIPAA-compliant, carry inherent risks of technical issues, interruptions, or unauthorized access despite reasonable safeguards.
